Acorn TV’s acclaimed Irish mystery series, Harry Wild, returns for its fourth season, premiering with a two-episode debut on Monday, May 5, 2025, exclusively on Acorn TV across the U.S., Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand . This season comprises six episodes and an additional special, continuing the adventures of Harriet “Harry” Wild, portrayed by Emmy® and Golden Globe® Award-winner Jane Seymour.
Plot Overview
Set a year after the events of Season 3, the Wild/Reid Detective Agency is thriving. Harry, a retired literature professor with a penchant for solving crimes, teams up once again with her young protégé, Fergus Reid (Rohan Nedd). The duo tackles a series of intricate cases, including an international assassination attempt and a murder linked to a Dublin literary tour . Their investigative prowess often outpaces that of the official police force, much to the chagrin of Harry’s son, Detective Charlie Wild (Kevin Ryan).
Season 4 was filmed in Dublin, Ireland, maintaining the series’ authentic setting . The episodes were penned by series creator David Logan and Jo Spain, with Robin Quinn directing all installments .
